Email: contact@hec.ac.ma
2. Scope of Application and Acceptance
These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all training services offered by HEC Rabat. They form the basis of the contractual agreement between the school and the student. Any registration implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms. They complement the individual training contract or agreement.
3. Offers and Registration Procedures
- The programs, durations, prices, and prerequisites for the courses are described on our website and/or in the commercial documentation.
- Registration is considered effective upon receipt of the complete application and payment of registration and processing fees.
- The school reserves the right to refuse a registration if the admission conditions are not met or if the required payments are not made.
4. Fees and Payment Terms
- Annual pricing and billing terms : tuition fees are set for the entire academic year. Upon request, the student may choose to be billed by semester, quarter, or monthly. The choice must be specified at the time of registration.
- Payment methods : payments can be made by bank transfer, credit card, or any other method agreed upon with the school.
- Registration and processing fees : these fees cover the study and management of the registration file; they are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Tuition fee due date : regardless of the billing method (monthly, quarterly, or semi-annual), a semester once started is due in full. The option of payment in installments is a cash flow arrangement and does not modify the obligation to pay the full semester once it has started.
- Late payment : any late payment will result in the application of late payment penalties in accordance with applicable legislation. The school reserves the right to suspend access to courses and services until the amounts due are paid.
5. Right of Withdrawal
For registrations made remotely (online) or following canvassing, the student has a period of seven calendar days to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify it, in accordance with Moroccan law 31-08. The withdrawal request must be made in writing (letter or email). The school will refund the amounts paid within a maximum of fifteen days, less any services already provided if applicable.
6. Cancellation and Refund Conditions
- Cancellation before the start of the semester : if the student cancels their registration before the first day of the semester, the tuition fees already paid for that semester will be refunded in full. Registration and processing fees remain permanently acquired by the school.
- Cancellation or withdrawal after the start of the semester : once the semester has started, no refund of tuition fees will be made; the semester remains due in full. In case of duly recognized force majeure, only the services actually provided will be billed on a pro-rata basis.
- Cancellation or postponement by HEC Rabat : the school may cancel or postpone a session for legitimate reasons (insufficient registrations, unavailability of an instructor, force majeure, etc.). The affected student will be notified as soon as possible and may choose between postponing their training or receiving a refund of the amounts paid.
7. Personal Data Protection
The information collected during registration is used for the administrative, educational, and commercial management of the training programs. It is stored securely and is only communicated to third parties with the student's consent or in cases provided by law. In accordance with Moroccan data protection regulations, each student has the right to access, rectify, and object to data concerning them. To exercise these rights, simply send an email to contact@hec.ac.ma.
8. Intellectual Property
Course materials, educational content, and all documents provided to students are protected by intellectual property legislation. Any reproduction, distribution, or use without written authorization is prohibited and may result in legal action.
9. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
These general terms and conditions of sale and the contracts arising from them are governed by Moroccan law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavor to seek an amicable solution. Failing an amicable settlement, the courts of Rabat shall have sole jurisdiction.
